5. Do you use safe, sanitized tools?

Always. Every metal tool is disinfected with medical-grade sterilization (CS20/AHP) and stored in sealed pouches until your service. Anything that cannot be sterilized is single-use.

6. How often should I book dry services?

Most clients return every 3–4 weeks for manicures, and every 4–5 weeks for pedicures. Dry results tend to stay clean and fresh for longer.

7. What services do you offer instead of acrylic or dip?

We specialize in gel, structured gel (BIAB), hard gel, and Gel-X extensions, which align with Re:set’s clean, health-conscious environment.

8. Is gel removal included?

No — removal is an additional service.
